Nestled in the charming town of San Rafael, California, Marin Lodge pleasantly surprised us with its tranquil ambiance despite its proximity to the bustling 101 highway. the well-maintained rooms and grounds, along with the friendly staff, made our stay truly enjoyable. the personal touch of the family-run establishment was evident in the impeccable cleanliness and comfortable amenities provided. The strategic location of the lodge allowed for easy access to nearby attractions like the Marin Museum of Bicycling and the Marin History Museum. the cozy rooms, equipped with all necessary conveniences like a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave, made us feel right at home. The free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus for staying connected, and the continental breakfast offerings were a convenient way to start our day exploring the beautiful Marin County. Despite being close to the Oakland International Airport and San Francisco, the tranquil setting of the lodge made it a perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. In conclusion, Marin Lodge offers a charming retreat with personalized service, perfect for families or solo travelers looking to explore the natural beauty of Marin County.
